Chic Price Policy

Guaranteed the Best Prices for Your Purchases!

Saya Loft does everything it can to offer you the best prices in Canada for the creations of Asian artisans and craftsmen. This is why we’ve created our Chic Price Policy. You have found a product on our website you love, but look to buy a cheaper equivalent elsewhere? Not to worry, we’ll match their offer, or beat it if possible!

The Chic Price Policy applies not only to identical products, but comparable products as well. We only want to make this unique type of furniture more accessible to everyone.

How to Get a Price Comparison

Getting a price comparison is simple. Send us an email ( with a link to the web page detailing the specified product. Tell us the price of the product, including delivery costs, without any sales taxes. We will analyze your request within 24 hours.

If the product’s price is lower than our own, we will send you a coupon equal to or greater than the difference in price. This coupon will apply solely to the product in question.

This offer cannot be combined with another promotion or another coupon. Saya Loft reserves the right to limit the quantity or price matches.

  • The competitor’s product must be new and have the same attributes (material, type of wood, dimensions, etc.).
  • Prices, shipping, and handling fees must be displayed on their website and available to the public. Prices given verbally, by phone, by fax, or any other non-advertised method will not qualify.
  • The price is based on the total amount, including the fees to ship the item “to your door”.
  • The price offered by the competitor with possible warehouse pickup can also be matched under the same conditions.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount voucher.
  • The price difference cannot be due to the sales tax.
  • The competitor must have the product in stock.
  • Saya Loft retains the right to limit the quantity over equal pricing policy.

Cases Where the Policy is Non-Applicable:

  • Price error on behalf of the competitor.
  • The competitor is from outside Canada.
  • Inventory liquidation.
  • Product sold “for a limited time”, “with limited quantities”, “until stocks are unavailable”, or any similar phrases.
